This six-week series will explore the partnership of breathwork and meditation; with a focus on understanding how they work together to influence overall health and energy, calm the nervous system, and increase the body’s ability to absorb oxygen.  Each class in this series will offer opportunities for both guided and unguided meditation.  Appropriate for all levels of experience.

At the conclusion of the six week series, recordings of the meditations will be accessible to participants for future reference.

Healthcare workers, veterans and those experiencing financial distress are eligible for free meditation classes.

Sessions will take place on Sundays from 6:30-7pm EST on:
